We represent OU at quiz bowl tournaments across the U.S. Quiz bowl is a trivia event catered to academic subjects including literature, chemistry, physics, biology, fine arts, history, classical music, anthropology, economics, and many others. Please download the README file below for our GroupMe link. Weekly practices take place on Thursdays from 6:00 to 7:30. Everyone is free to join, no tryouts are required.

We focus on connecting and advocating for all the students in OU's Advanced Radar Research Center in several ways: by connecting the students with the ARRC faculty and ensuring their voice is heard, by informing graduate student's of their responsibilities and the expectations they should have in their advisor, by equipping students, both graduate and undergraduate, with the resources to navigate college, by promoting a welcoming environment to those less represented in the ARRC and to make sure international students have an enriching experience, by promoting the ARRC, and by hosting student social events! The ARRC Student Affairs Committee focuses on topics of interest to the radar community and welcomes all who may be interested in contributing to the dialogue regardless of race, color, national origin, ethnicity, or sex.

Since 1952, Air Force ROTC Detachment 675 has been training high-quality future Air Force leaders. Some of the best and brightest University of Oklahoma (OU) students have completed the Air Force ROTC program while earning their undergraduate degree, allowing them to commission as officers in the United States Air Force after graduation. These graduates have served their country well as pilots, Combat Systems Officers (CSOs), Air Battle Managers (ABMs), engineers, doctors, nurses, weather officers, communications officers, acquisition managers, language specialists, etc. Today, this tradition continues on at the University of Oklahoma. If you enroll in AFROTC at Det 675, you will become a part of this long-standing tradition of excellence!

This chapter shall be conducted as a service fraternity under the provisions set forth in the Constitution and By-Laws of the National Alpha Phi Omega Fraternity. The Alpha Sigma Delta Radio Society is an on-campus Amateur Radio club established in the 1920s with the goal of promoting and supporting Amateur Radio communications at the University of Oklahoma. While not affiliated with a particular school, our base station resides within the National Weather Center. Throughout the year, we participate in multiple nationwide contests and support the community in volunteer events.

Whether you are completely new to the hobby and want to learn more, or are very experienced, we welcome all students who share an interest in the Amateur Radio hobby regardless of knowledge level.

Note: This organization is not in any way affiliated with the regular Fraternity/Sorority system at the University of Oklahoma and is not part of the Pan-Hellenic Council.

Relay For Life at The University of Oklahoma is a student-led organization that works to promote the efforts of the American Cancer Society. The American Cancer Society is the nationwide, community-based, voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives, and diminishing suffering from cancer, through research, education, advocacy, and service. Through the hard work of about 100 students serving on our Executive Committee, numerous business and philanthropy sponsors, and the selfless support of over 3,000 students and other team members from the Norman area, OU Relay has raised close to half a million dollars in the last 2 years alone.

The American Constitution Society (ACS) believes that law should be a force to improve the lives of all people. AFSP is the nation's largest researcher and education provider for suicide awareness and prevention strategies. Our RSO intends to bring awareness to OU through Campus Walks and social opportunities. Many people first learn about the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's (AFSP) lifesaving work through our walks. Campus Walks launched in 2010, and they sparked a grassroots movement on colleges campuses across the country that continues to gain momentum each year. Depression, bipolar, anxiety disorder, and other mental health conditions will affect 1 in 4 of us during our lives, and yet too often these illnesses go untreated. In the United States alone someone attempts suicide every minute. Together we can bring mental health conditions like depression and anxiety out of the darkness and put a stop to this loss of life.

Founded in 1973, the American Indian Law Review (AILR) was the first law journal dedicated specifically to Native American legal scholarship. We focus on issues of law affecting American Indian tribes and Indigenous Peoples across the United States and Native Nations of Turtle Island. Because Federal Indian Law is all-encompassing, our subject matter frequently intersects with areas such as Constitutional Law, environmental, property, human rights, and more. AILR is both nationally and internationally recognized. Our work is often cited in opinions by judges and justices, including those from the U.S. Courts of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.
