Recent Trips - Atlanta, GA

This past spring, the OU Real Estate Club and the OU Center for Real Estate Finance traveled to Atlanta, GA to explore the transformative redevelopment of the Beltline and surrounding mixed-use projects. Hosted by Chris Kopecky of Jamestown LP, students toured Ponce City Market and Krog Street Market, gaining firsthand insight into adaptive reuse, walkable urban design, and trail-driven retail. The visit offered a clear look at how thoughtful development and community collaboration can reshape entire districts. Thank you to all of our guest speakers and everyone who helped plan and support this visit.
